Donyll Lewis, born in Detroit, Michigan a graduate of Mumford High School, later received his Associate Degree from Henry Ford Community College, and his B.A. from Western Michigan University. During his studies at WMU Brother Donyll Lewis had a life changing experience, he received Christ as his Lord and personal savior and received the call that would launch one of the greatest collegiate ministries in the world. Brother Lewis attends CLC/STONES CHURCH; Pastored by Apostle Joel A. Brooks Jr. of Kalamazoo MI. Brother Lewis had this to say.

 

“This Ministry is more than just a group of believers gathering together to have fun and wear Greek letters. Alpha Omega’s foundation is built on integrity, honor, faith, truth, and insight.

 

Since our inception in 1993 when the vision of Alpha Omega was given, I sought out wisdom and spiritual covering for our leadership and its members. I knew that this was greater than anything I had ever been asked to do. Alpha Omega was the first of its kind in Southwest Michigan. Since that time Alpha Omega has established Eight chapters around the state of Michigan and parts of Ohio, proclaiming the good news and moving in the will of God on each campus.

 

Operating in the five fold gifting, Alpha Omega sees itself as an incubator, creating the right atmosphere and climate to birth out of you what God has placed inside of you. God has called this ministry to transition as in the life of a caterpillar, to that of a butterfly spreading our wings and enlarging our territory.
